On-Site Contests

On Friday, April 5th, The Central Film Festival is once again offering on-site film competitions for area high school students! Prompts for the films will be given at 8am in Springfield and teams are then given until 4pm to produce a film and return it for judging on a flash drive.

Students can choose one of two events in which to compete. This year, those events are:

Micro-FilmStudents are given a prompt and must produce a 3-5 minute fictional narrative film that fits the given criteria for the contest.

Tiny-Doc: Students are given a prompt and must produce a 3-5 minute non-fictional documentary film that fits the given criteria for the contest.
